• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations

• Collaborating with external governing bodies and agencies
  
• Ensuring meticulous compliance with statutory requirements, documentation, and health and safety protocols
  
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  
• Fulfilling designated duties delegated by the Home Manager
  

Requirements

Requirements for Your Journey with Find Medic as a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN):

• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
  
• Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN approval
  
• A clean DBS record
