We’re looking for down-to-earth go-getters, who are ready to make their mark on the automotive industry. Our Site Operations teams play a vital role across our business. Here you can build on your knowledge and find your specialty at one of our sites or on the road – the opportunities are endless.
Within this role you will track, prioritize and communicate the progression of vehicles through the refurbishment and preparation process. Additionally, you will co-ordinate daily workshop loading requirements with workshop management teams to ensure external and internal targets are met.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Production of daily reports to track and progress KPI’s
Obtain relevant information including estimated completion dates, booking dates, parts back-order ETA’s etc. for all vehicles
Give clear prioritization instructions to yard and workshop teams to ensure SLA’s are met and productivity is optimised
Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries relating to progression of vehicles
Liaise daily site despatch teams to ensure vehicles are presented for collection to standard and on-time
To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:
Basic mechanical knowledge
Competent in all Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook)
Good organisational and planning skills
Strong communication skills
