Sub Agent - St Albans

Are you looking for a new venture? This is a very exciting opportunity with a tier 1 contractor who specialises in highways. We have a new freelance contractor in St Albans that is starting in April. The ideal candidate would have an extensive history with highways and railways however all aspects of the civil industry would be a bonus. The candidate must have experience in maintenance and construction of highways.

Start Date - April

Duration - Ongoing

Location - St Albans

Day Rate - GBP400.00 - GBP425.00

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Senior Site Agent
• Planning, scheduling and delivering the project effectively whilst keeping to a tight schedule.
• Overseeing Health & safety and RAMS
• Managing of all site labour and sub contractors
• Liaising with the Client team and consultants

Requirements:

• Good IT skills including MS Office packages
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
