Job description

A senior couple in the Cobham area is searching for a reliable full time live in carer who is available for a one month temporary position. The clients don't require special care because they are highly independent, but they might need help.

Working hours: Monday to Sunday - 10 hours a day with breaks

Duties include:

• providing companionship
• accompany the client to social outings and help host social gatherings in the home
• prepare snacks and refreshments as well as cook main meals
• help with light gardening
• assist with bathing and toileting (mainly supervising)
• make and keep notes of appointments and arrangements
• reminders about when to take medication
• light household duties
• oral hygiene care
• shopping with the clients
• enjoying afternoon tea and chatting with the client
• ensuring the clients are safe and comfortable

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. This is for temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for 1 month starting on February 1 to 29, 2024.
