Our client, based in Hove, is seeking a Handyman to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, operating a varied portfolio of buildings and apartments. The successful candidate will be required to drive and follow a daily schedule of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Performing a variety of maintenance tasks
General DIY
Inspect, diagnose and repair faulty fixtures
Fixing locks, stair treads, letter boxes
Adhere to safety procedures and regulations
Requirements
Hold full, current driving licence
Previous experience as a multiskilled handyman
Basic carpentry skills
Hard working individual
Good time management
Able to work independently
No plumbing or electrical skills required.
