Are you an architect with a relentless passion for pushing design boundaries and crafting exceptional buildings across diverse sectors?
Our client is seeking a self-starting Architect with strong Post Part 3 experience working on high spec Residential projects. They are a renowned London-based architecture studio with a focus on high-quality design.
About you:
You are an experienced, creative Architect with a strong ‘design eye’ and experience working on projects with a focus on high quality and bespoke design. You will prepare and develop drawings, models, images and other documents relating to design and technical documentation, covering all RIBA stages.
Key requirements: Strong post part 3 practice experience working at all RIBA stages (especially stage 2, 3 & 4)
Strong design ability including experience of detail / technical design and delivery
Excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability.
Comfortable and confident in both client facing and contractor facing roles
Experience in a small to medium sized practice specialising in residential or other high specification bespoke projects (e.g. hotel/heritage)
