Job description

Our client are a start-up based in Gloucestershire, Manchester and London working in the Defence and Cyber Security industries. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join their growing technology team in their next phase of expansion.

Requirements

The role will be varied and provide exciting challenges, here are some of the responsibilities you can expect:

Act as the Scrum Master for the team to:

• Promote and coach on agile principles and continuous improvement
• Support the Product Owner in owning and managing the product backlog
• Remove impediments and help the team to resolve conflicts
• Facilitate communication between the team, Product Owner and stakeholders

Act as the Delivery Lead for the project to:

• Track and communicate delivery metrics, status and risks to stakeholders
• Report on delivery performance against Product Goals and Project objectives
• Ensure the necessary resources are available to enable the team to deliver
• Managing and monitoring stakeholder relationships
