The currently have an Assistant Care Manager role set amongst the Shropshire hills with luxurious accommodation and expert, nursing-led care and we're looking for caring and supportive individuals to join them.

As an Assistant Care Manager, you will work within and lead the Nursing Home Team assisting elderly residents with normal activities of daily living, promoting independence and maintaining an individual’s dignity and respect.
You will oversee / maintain the care of residents in the absence of the Registered Manager, to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Home.
The Assistant Care Manager will delegate responsibility to Junior Registered Nurses and the care team ensuring a high standard of nursing care on a continual basis whilst ensuring CQC regulations are met.
What we’re looking for:· NMC Professional Registration and active PIN· Previous experience in providing a quality care service for people· A commitment to delivering quality care to vulnerable adults· Caring attitude with desire to help and support others· Care home experience is advantageous but not essential
