Role: Site Supervisor / Front-Line Supervisor (civils)
Location: Sittingbourne
Rate: £350 - £400 p/d Inside IR35
Duration: 12 Months+

Are you a civil's Supervisor with experience working in the water sector or a strong background in Groundworks?
This role is for a Contractor looking to strengthen their delivery team for the remainder of the AMP7 funding cycle on their large framework portfolio on behalf of Southern Water. The successful worker will work with the Project Managers and construction teams, as well as the sub contractors to ensure the successful on site delivery of complex Non-Infrastructure projects in the water sector.
We currently have a need for a Supervisor to support on 2 of the clients large Water capital delivery sites in north Ken.
Due to the complexities involved, you MUST have experience within the UK Water Sector OR a strong background in a range of complex groundworks, as one of the sites incorporates construction on soil, clay, sand ,etc)
In this role you will be responsible for:
-The general management of all construction and civil engineering
-The daily allocation of plant, labour and materials
-Co-ordinate activities on the site including Sub-contractors
-The management of the workforce on site to ensure that safe methods of work are used and the
effect on the environment is minimised,
-Ensuring deliveries are kept in safe area to keep from causing injury to the public and staff and plant not damaged.
-Ensuring correct PPE available and used
-Aid method statement production
