About Our Client
This client provides financial advice and wealth management services to their clients, priding themselves on both quality and customer satisfaction. This client has a great reputation and is established, dealing with over 100,000 account holders and with such a workload, they're hoping to take on another IFA Administrator to hep out and balance the work better.
Job Description
The IFA Administrator will be required to:
- Liaise with Financial Advisers and Clients,
- Prepare and process new client documentation and amendments,
- Monitor transfers from other institutions,
- Process payments for clients,
- Collaborate with colleagues in Business Support regarding admin,
- Ensure client details and reviews are recorded on systems,
- Keep records electronically file documents,
- Adhere to Conduct Risk standards,
- Perform New Business and Account administration,
- Carry out any necessary Corporate Actions,
- Prepare client meetings,
- Produce client advice review documents,
- Ensure phone calls and emails/ client communication are efficient.

Applicants to the IFA Administrator position should demonstrate some of the below:
- Willingness to obtain relevant qualifications,
- Previous admin or IFA experience,
- Previous FS experience,
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of Software,
- Attention to detail and accuracy when completing written or numerical tasks,
- Excellent written and spoken communication,
- Taking accountability for work and with ability to meet deadlines,
- Ability to prioritise and identify support is needed,
- Flexibility and reliability within the team .
