Job description
Diabetes management for stable diabetes care, including insulin administration BM monitoring. Bowel management of stable long-term conditions management including enemas, bowel evacuations methods. Respiratory care of stable interventions in accordance with the care plan to include nebulizer, tracheostomy care. Measurement of the vital signs of blood pressure, pulse, O2 saturation, Urinary incontinence management including stable managed female catheter changes, blabber washouts, continence product reassessments. Urinalysis Wound care management for pressure ulcers, leg ulcers and stable predicable wound care management Ordering and monitoring of equipment for wound care management Complete venepuncture as required Complete Doppler readings as required
