A leading conference and events led 250 room luxury Hotel in Chesham (accessible from Watford, Hemel Hempstead, and High Wycombe) are looking for an ambitious Revenue Manager that is looking to take their career to the next level. This exciting Revenue Manager opportunity offers an excellent starting salary of up to £50,000 plus up to a 20% performance bonus and full range of extensive benefits to include.

This exciting role would likely suit either an experienced Revenue Manager, Senior Revenue Analyst or similar Reservations and Revenue Performance specialist that is looking for a fresh challenge in a fantastic working environment.
The Role
As the Hotel Revenue Manager of this large conference and events led hotel you will define, implement and measure the pricing strategy for rooms, meeting spaces and all other revenue generating areas. You will provide regular forecasts, business reports and participate in the preparation of annual budgets. You will work closely with the General Manager, Director of Sales and an experienced Central Revenue support team to drive sales and standards of service for positive revenue growth.
Desirable Experience
Experience as a Revenue Manager or Reservations Manager with focus on Revenue within a Hotel
Experience of forecasting, business analysis and reporting
Experience of Opera PMS, ORS and OWS systems.
