10am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be in our busy Customer Support team helping to navigate our customers journey and bring people back to financial health. Taking ownership of a portfolio of customers with overdue debit balance, making 50-80 calls per day, with collection goals and targets in place. Obtaining payment, resolving queries/disputes and where appropriate agreeing to a payment in a timely and satisfactory manor.

???? Firstly, the big one, you can expect a basic salary of £21,674 (pro-rata’d to reflect the length of your fixed-term contract - this works out at roughly £10.42 per hour).

You'll work 10am until 6pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)from our office in Ouseburn, NCL. There is no remote option for this role.
