Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Wakefield
Salary: £23,000 basic
£2400 in commission annually
45p per mile car allowance
Mon – Thu 9am – 5:30pm Friday 9am -5:00pm
We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our clients busy residential team in Wakefield. Our client is a well recognised agency, established across the UK.
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales/lets & progress sales though to exchange and completion.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator:-
- Good customer care skills
- Previous Sales and/or Lettings experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Good Knowledge of the local area
