Our school is committed to providing a supportive learning environment for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Construction Teacher who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with SEMH needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical construction lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver construction lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH challenges.
* Create a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to encourage academic and personal development.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a background in Construction or related subject.
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
