Job Overview:

Step into a key role with a respected regional main contractor as a Project Manager, where you'll lead the delivery of an esteemed 10+ million accommodation project in Surrey. Our client seeks an experienced project manager with a proven track record to oversee successful construction projects within the region.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in construction management, a solid grasp of construction methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a history of on–time, within–budget project delivery. Additionally, candidates should have experience managing projects around 10 million, familiarity with JCT contracts, and expertise in managing accommodation schemes for a principal main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the preparation of project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
