Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant for our 2024 season at the UK’s most exciting Castle!

Main duties will include receive all incoming goods to the warehouse accurately, reporting any discrepancies within the agreed timeframe to the Team Leader/Administrator, ensuring that goods are in the correct storage areas, pick orders for units as required, maintain correct storage and rotation of stock within the warehouse, maintain good housekeeping, deliver stock on-site in timely manner and ensure all equipment is looked after and in good working order, plus report any concerns to the Health & Safety Rep.

This is a fixed term, seasonal position. Due to the nature of our business, exact hours and days of work will vary, so a flexible approach is essential.

• Someone who works to a high standard and has great attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to lift loads up to 20kg
• Able to work on your own, and also part of a team
• Have an eye for detail and a friendly and welcoming personality
• Able to deliver brilliant customer service, finding ways to go the extra mile
• Full UK driving license
