CNC Programmer (Offline Programmer) required permanently for a successful and growing machine shop in Chesterfield area, operating in various industry sectors. Yearly bonus, early Friday finish, like having your own mini business! Full autonomy to lead the machine shop of 5 people. To be considered for this CNC Programmer (Offline Programmer) role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Offline Programming using CAD CAM/ Fusion 360 software
- Online Programming of the CNC 3axis Miller & CNC Doosan Millturn (Live tooling) and circa 2m bed length
- CNC Programmer with experience and confidence on Fanuc (G-code) control panel
- Working with all stakeholders to develop and provide a top quality service
- Working with mild (carbon) and stainless steel materials (some phosphor bronze and aluminium)
- Working to tolerances such as 0.1mm on a Fanuc control panel
- Full fruition machining from drawing to finished product out the door
- Small batch to 1offs; dynamic project and product range
- Ideal role for someone who loves autonomy in a small machine shop environment
- Industry products cover general engineering, Food, FMCG, Pharmaceutical and some aerospace.
- Qualified to GCSE or above - Apprenticeship/ Time Served papers ideal but NOT essential to be considered!

Package & Benefits for the CNC Programmer (Offline Programmer):
- £35,000 - £40,000
- 7:00 - 15:30, Mon-Thurs. 3pm Friday finish
- Overtime available Monday to Saturday T+1/2
- Yearly bonus
