Key Qualifications and Experience: - ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent or qualified by experience (QBE).
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a mixed Audit and Accounts role.
- A skilled communicator, adept at engaging with individuals at all organisational levels.
- Previous experience within a practice setting is essential.
- Committed to continuous self-development and learning.
- Natural leadership abilities, capable of guiding and nurturing others.
- Proficiency in using CCH, Xero, and Microsoft tools.
