About the Role: In your role as a KS1 Teacher, you will have the distinct opportunity to influence the educational path of our youngest students. Playing a vital role, you will lay a strong foundation for their future learning. Your creative teaching techniques and nurturing approach will ignite curiosity and cultivate a passion for learning among our Key Stage 1 students.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the national curriculum.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community.
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1) is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for KS1.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for early years' education and child development.
- Commitment to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
