Online Viewings Coordinator
Leeds
up to £25,000 FTE
Part time hours - Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm plus 1 in 2 Saturdays
As this company continues to grow they are looking for a confident, charismatic and target-driven consultant to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well organised and you will have experience of working within a fast paced customer focused environment.
You will be liaising directly with Vendors, Buyers and investors on a day to day basis.
Viewings Coordinator duties:
* Qualify new inbound buyer enquiries
* Coordinate viewings with vendors, buyers, investors, and local agents.
* Efficiently onboard customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
* Conduct thorough compliance checks to uphold regulatory standards.
* Create compelling marketing materials for properties.
* Maintain an updated CRM system to track customer information.
* Provide prompt and helpful responses to phone and email inquiries
Essential skills:
* It is essential to be extremely organised and efficient
* A minimum of 1 years experience within an estate agent is preferred or within a fast-paced call centre environment
