Job Title: MFL Teacher

If so, we are seeking dedicated and dynamic MFL Teachers to join our secondary schools in Havering, starting immediately.

Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and interactive MFL lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of secondary school students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to explore and communicate in the target language.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, as well as their cultural awareness.
- Assess student progress through a range of formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their language development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and cultural exchange initiatives that enhance students' appreciation for languages and cultures.
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in a modern foreign language or related field.
- Proven experience teaching MFL at the secondary level, with a passion for inspiring students to become proficient and confident language learners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
- Strong subject knowledge and fluency in the target language(s), with the ability to create authentic and immersive learning experiences.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
