Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Manager to join an Award winning, FCA regulated Debt Recovery Agency based at our Head office just off the M58 near Skelmersdale.

The successful candidate will be professional and manage their own portfolio of accounts and claims to maximise Account repayment efforts from a cross section of industries. Working experience of a Credit Control, Legal or Debt Recovery environment ideal.

As a Accounts manager you will play a key role in supporting the continued success of an Award Winning Debt Collection Agency, Excellent scope for personal growth and career progression within a friendly working environment.

Excellent targeted Team bonus incentives.

Salary based on experience

Essential:

• Experience of working within a Professional account recovery environment such as Debt Recovery or Credit control.
• Professional Negotiation and mediation skills
• Ability to develop, progress and work as part of a team
• Communication skills - effective oral and written communication skills
