Job description

Full time Receptionist needed with immediate effect!

We are working with an established business who are looking for a Receptionist to join their growing team in Aylesham.

This is initially a temporary role with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

* Answering the phone and fielding calls to the necessary departments

* Dealing with email enquiries

* Taking bookings

* General admin support

*Parking Control Management

This role would suit someone who:

* Has great customer services

* Has experience in an Administrative position

* Is a strong communicator who is able to build client relationships

* Is self-motivated

* Has good attention to detail and is methodical

Hours: Monday to Friday. 0800 - 1800 Monday - Friday

Salary: £11.50 per hour
