Job description
Key Responsibilities
Client Development and Market Analytics: Follow up with prospective clients, manage the CRM system, and maintain a tender tracker. Prepare presentations and coordinate with marketing consultants to support branding efforts.
Tender Support: Attend customer meetings, collaborate on tender compilations, ensure timely submissions, and maintain a bid deliverables matrix. Develop and manage a tender content library.
Director Support: Organise meetings, prepare briefing materials, and manage company secretarial duties. Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
Marketing and Communications Support: Assist in developing communication materials, managing social media campaigns, and planning corporate events.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
Experience Requirements: Proven track record in bid document preparation and understanding of bid processes (RFIs, RFQs).
Personal Attributes: Confident decision-maker, able to manage high workloads and prioritize effectively. Strong literacy, numeracy, and research skills.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel overseas as needed. Good literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
