Job description


Working within the Business Intelligence Team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS trust, the role will be responsible for BI related aspects of Data Quality within Trust.

The identification and correction of Data Quality within Trust wide systems across both our Acute and Community services, the role will involve engaging with system managers, users and I.T. departments to show improvements in data capture and storage.

Working closely with senior managers to improve the Data Quality reporting and guide the Trust through improvement programmes within our Data Quality Strategy

The post holder will be responsible for providing the Trust with assurance that high quality data is being captured and produced. They will ensure that data created, edited, used or recorded on the Trust Patient Administration Systems and secondary systems is Accurate, Valid, Reliable, Complete, Relevant and Timely, in order to maintain the highest standards of data quality and to enable the Trust to comply with all national data requirements along with supporting clinical and business processes whilst improving and maintaining services for patients.
