Prescription Administrator
Location - Swadlincote
Pay - £11.44p/h

Hours - Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts - working on a 7 week rota pattern one week of - 7am - 3:30pm, one week of - 9:30am - 6pm, one week of - 10:30am - 7pm and 4weeks of 8am x 4:30pm

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills and administration skills as you will be resolving queries from hospitals or customers, relating to their prescription. Main Duties/Responsibilities

In this role you will:
* Complete data entry and processing; you will maintain data entry protocols and carefully record other information throughout your day
* Managing inboxes with prescription queries mainly from hospitals but also can be from other customers, dealing with them in an effective timely manner
* Fillling and scanning documents, updating the systems used accordingly
* Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries and issues
* Take ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalate
* Attend meetings with your team members and supervisor

Qualifications/Licences/Certifications/Experience
No formal qualifications or certificates required
Basic Maths, English and computer skills are required
Desirable: worked with a healthcare company or as a prescription admin before
