Established in June 2000, Storm Technologies has grown from strength to strength as a focused IT value-added reseller. Our aim is to deliver exceptional service to our customers in corporate and public sector organisations.
As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are excited to integrate our sister company, Storm Procurement, into the Storm Group family. Storm Procurement are a leading outsourced procurement specialist in the mining and energy sector, and as such, this is an exciting opportunity for the incoming Marketing Manager to be involved in the integration process between the two companies.
What you’ll be doing
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with our overall business objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, target customer segments, and develop compelling value propositions.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing investments.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimisation.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative marketing culture within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on marketing activities, results, and future plans to senior management.
The skills you’ll need
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the integration of marketing efforts between Storm Tech and Storm Procurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong experience in marketing roles, with experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Use of photoshop and InDesign (creative cloud suite)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

- A competitive basic salary, working Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
