A forward-thinking multi-service law firm is currently looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to work alongside the solicitors within the firms Cavity Wall Claims team.

You must enjoy interacting with clients as this will be a client facing role providing excellent customer service to the firm’s clients  

This role will be full time office based.

The firm offer 28 days holiday including bank holidays, free parking on the business park, eyecare and pension scheme.

You must have previous legal administration experience

Duties include:

• Answering the phone and taking accurate messages
• Booking consultations
• Working on the case management system
• Archiving files
• Opening and closing files
• General administration support
