Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Worcester
Salary: Up to £30,000
Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential for permanent employment)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team and support our marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of marketing planning for a specific segment. This role involves content calendar planning, channel brief management, the development of innovative strategies to enhance communications, and the creation of personalised marketing campaigns based on the needs of different audiences. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive analyses of marketing results, focusing on acquisition and retention metrics, to drive improved performance and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
- Create a detailed marketing calendar outlining key activities, campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of planned activities.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to deliver compelling and consistent messaging across channels.
- Monitor and optimise channel performance based on key metrics and insights.
- Contribute to the creation of innovative strategies to enhance communication with the target audience.
- Create personalised marketing campaigns
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing results, with a particular focus on acquisition and retention metrics.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimisation strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and adjust marketing strategies to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in relevant
- Proven experience in one or more of digital marketing channels, marketing campaign planning and implementation, ecommerce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovative problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms.
