Head of AM Expense Management
6 Month Contract

Our Life and Pensions client require an Expense Manager to help support on an exciting project for an initial 6 month contract.
What We're Looking For
The Head of AM Expense Management is responsible for driving the delivery of the Asset Management expense management and performance MI in line with the strategic priorities and operating model design. Business performance will include but is not limited to financial performance, cost benchmarking, Cost modelling, approval procedures and supporting Finance & HR with key deliverables where needed.

- Self-starter and independent worker who takes accountability for end-to-end delivery of their work.
- Ability to adapt and work at pace to deliver to tight deadlines calmly and effectively
- Comfortable in navigating through uncertainty and high change environments
- Agility and vision to adapt processes in an ever-changing environment
- Financial modelling capability
- Ability to interrogate financial data to support the effective management of AM
- Synergy & cost saving delivery and reporting
Experience:
- 10 years+ experience in a finance expense management role, preferably within a financial services company
- Previous experience working within Solv II guidelines and understating reserving methodogoly for a financial servies company
- Previous experience of working with senior managers to design and support the implementation of Business Management processes and working practices which align with the strategic aims and requirements of the business
- A track record of managing and delivering change while maintaining colleague engagement.
- Must have a background in Business Management and Finance
