A boutique firm based in Northampton is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join its thriving team. This award winning practice has a close knit commercial team, and promotes real work/life balance. This position offers free on-site parking and is easily commutable from Leicestershire and Warwickshire.
The Firm This niche firm has a focus on business related legal services, priding a unique global reach comprising of both a domestic and international client base.
The Role As a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will join a collaborative team of three handling an array of matters in commercial law and corporate transactions. You will deal with matters to include:
- Business acquisitions and sales
- Domestic and international incorporation
- Commercial contracts
- Intellectual property
- IT
You will also have the opportunity to deal with international matters, with full support provided.
About You The firm is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE, however more experienced candidates will also be considered. The firm is looking for someone with a flair for business development, and attracting high calibre clients.
