Job description
Based at Restore Technology’s head office in Cardington, but operating under hybrid model, the FP&A manager will support in the delivery of Technology’s financial plan and look to provide insight to the senior leadership team.
With responsibility for the budgeting cycle, monthly re-forecasts, the identification or risks/opportunities, the development of KPIs and commercial reporting, this role holder will contribute significantly to improving the performance of the business and will help support on strategic initiatives.The FP&A manager will prepare information which will be used by the Finance Director to present information to the senior leadership team and the Group CEO/CFO on a regular basis.
This is an exciting opportunity with a wide reach across the business (operations, sales, IT), where business partnering will be a key part of the role. The role will be varied, and the individual will have the remit to drive change and improve processes. This is a challenging, dynamic and varied role that requires a hands-on approach, in a business that embrace entrepreneurship and challenge.
