Birches Grove – a 4 bed service for adults with learning difficulties and mental health.
The residents enjoy going out and we are looking for drivers specifically due to the location of the service. The ideal candidate will be able to participate in annual holidays which means spending time away. This is shift work and is as per rota 365 days a year, this includes weekends, evenings and sleep-in duties. Our ideal support worker will:
- Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
- Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more!
- Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge
