The opportunity for a permanent contract has arisen within the Recovery team. Reporting to the Senior Recovery Officer and within the Recovery team of the Shared Services section, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of recovery support duties (Housing Benefit Overpayment & Sundry Debtor invoices, debt management, direct debit collection and department liaison) as part of our team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a debt recovery environment and possess well developed debt recovery and communication skills. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
