Our Corporate team in Newcastle is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join them, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 - 4 years post qualifying experience of completing corporate transactional work within a corporate team.

Working as part of a team in a structured, fully supportive and supervised environment the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in advising regional, national and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including company and business sales and purchases and debt and equity fundraisings and investments.Workng effectively as part of a team the successful candidate will assist corporate colleagues with their day to day transactional workloads and draft documents with advice tailored to the clients individual needs which reflect current law and practice.
