The Company
An established local authority with various public sector services across Gloucestershire are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee both the internal and external Facilities function.
The Role
Duties of the Facilities Manager can include but are not limited to:
- Oversee both the internal and external Facilities function with 3 direct reports
- General day to day allocation of jobs to your external teams
- Contractor Management
- Oversee and manage the external surveyors
- 6 months sick leave cover, minimum
Required Skills
- Strong H&S / compliance background
- Contractor Management experience
- Ideally have experience with Stat testing, Gas Safe etc.
