Job description
We are currently seeking experienced telesales executives to join our dynamic sales
team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales,
specifically in the advertising and sponsorship industry. As a tele sales executive,
you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients over the
phone and email, generating new leads, and closing deals.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the advertising and sponsorship industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone and email
- Work closely with the sales team to generate new leads and close deals
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their questions areanswered
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and news, and use this knowledge to inform your salesapproach
- Use CRM software to manage and track leads, and to maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the advertising and sponsorship industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Deep understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry, including current trends and bestpractices
- Results-oriented mindset and the ability to work towards and exceed targets
- Comfortable with technology and experience using CRM software
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing industry trends and sales approaches
