Connex Education is working with Shaw Education Trust in Greater Manchester the who are recruiting for a SEND Teacher.
Role Details: The role is to start ASAP and will last for the remainder of the academic year.

Person Specification:
- Qualifications: Degree in science or science education. PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) required.
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of the UK National Curriculum requirements for science. Understanding of KS1-KS4 & A Level science content across biology, chemistry and physics. Familiarity with science pedagogy approaches suitable for UK students.
- Skills: Ability to plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned to the UK curriculum. Proficiency with lab safety protocols. Able to use technology effectively in lessons. Strong behaviour management and ability to motivate students.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching science in UK schools preferred. Potential for some experience instructing A-Level sciences a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Passionate about science education. Patient, approachable manner with students. Committed to continuous professional development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with colleagues.
