Location: Witham, Essex

Remuneration: Circa £110,000

Description: Associate Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a PREDOMINANTLY PRIVATE position in and in busy, INDEPENDENTLY owned practice in Witham, Essex.
•    £12.5K per month earnings
•    Must be competent in Invisalign & composite bonding 
•    UDAs negotiable @ £13-£15 per UDA (1K UDAs for 2 day role, 1.5K UDAs for 3 day role, 2.5K UDAs for 5 day role)
•    45% split on Private
•    50/50 split on lab fees
•    3 Fully computerised surgeries (2 more in 2024)
•    iTero Scanner, CBCT, OPG, Digital x-rays, Rotary endo
•    Full support team incl Hygienist, Therapist and Treatment Co-Ordinator
•    On-site Parking
•    Hours 9-5.30 but can be flexible
•    Available Immediately, start date negotiable
•    20 minutes from Colchester. 20 minutes from Chelmsford. 30 minutes from Brentwood

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
