The Team

Our Talent & Organisation practice in Europe, with over 50 specialists supports large global firms and most recognizable local brands solve their biggest challenges around HR Transformation, Organisational Change and AGILE Ways of working. Within the HR transformation services, we offer diverse services enabling HR transformations through Employee Lifecycle transformations, Talent Marketplace and HR Service Designs in addition to driving Digital Change in HR transformations. With our services, we help clients shape and achieve their HR objectives for a sustainable future.

The Role

· Lead HR Transformations for pan European projects

· Work with clients to assess HR needs and help support creation of HR/ Workforce strategy

· Define and create HR target operating process and service designs

· Provide other HR consulting services in employee experience, workforce management solutions etc.

· Support Employee Experience journeys to improve HR experience

Requirements

We are looking for an HCM transformation specialists with extensive work experience in various industry verticals in:

· Designing HR processes, employee experience, HR transformations 

· Translating business processes into process maps and drilled down level 5 processes

· Creating HR transformation roadmaps under guidance of senior team member

· Leading specific areas of HR transformation independently

· Conducting HR improvement workshops and subsequently creating relevant reports, POVs advising client on steps for improvement

Our ideal candidate will be:

· At least worked in Core HR / Personnel Administration, Talent Management and Recruitment processes

· Experience in drawing out HR and Workforce strategies for specific business areas ;

· Ability provide consultancy services around employee experience and employee journeys in HR space

· Excellent facilitation and communication skills;

· Ability to work independently and manage a small team if required

· Adapt to changes in workload, systems and processes with resilience and a positive attitude

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create detail orientated plans, documentations

· Is able to fluently speak at least one of the European languages (Dutch, French, German or Spanish) in addition to English

· Experience implementing platforms like Oracle, SuccessFactors or Workday and digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, AppLearn, is preferred etc.;
