Position Details:
Type: Term-time only (with the option of holiday work)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Qualification Requirement: Minimum of an Early Years Level 3 qualification

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Management team to effectively delegate roles and responsibilities within your room.
Support the Manager and Deputy in leading and developing a high-quality staff team.
Assist your team in creating and implementing a curriculum tailored to the age and individual needs of children in your care.

Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
Robust understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (E.Y.F.S.) 2021
Demonstrated experience in leading a team to high standards, fostering collaboration and excellence
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
Reliability, self-motivation, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and education
Effective feedback skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
