Lift Repairs Co-ordinator 
Based: South East – Kent
Salary: Up to £30K, plus 25 days plus bank holidays and Birthday off, Pension and Expenses Paid,

We are a well-known and established Lift Repair and Modernisation company with our offices based In Kent. Due to our ever-growing Lift portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Repairs Coordinator in the South East area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the efficient and timely completion of Repairs
2. Liaising with engineers to book in repairs.
3. Maintain a professional image at all times as you will be inContact with the clients on site
4. Ensure accuracy with documentation of parts and labour hours
5. On completion of works send reports and invoices to clients

Key requirements:

• Previous experience as a Repairs Coordinator
• Excellent communications skills
• Proficient with IT Systems
• Self-motivated, reliable and organised
• Able to work in an office environment
