Security Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Contract End Date: 21 st March 2025

 

Our Security and First Aid Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort play a key part in our guest and staff experience of their visit with us, ensuring they feel safe, looked after and secure at all times on resort.

 

 

As the Security Manager you will guide and coach this awesome team to deliver excellent interactions with both guests and staff. From bag searches, to checking in contractors via the correct processes, to observing CCTV, to issuing patrol schedules or attending potential incidents, you will lead by example, always promoting LEGOLANDs health and safety culture.

 

 

This is, of course, a very small example of the work that our Security and First Aid team undertake, but as an experienced Security Manager you’ll already be familiar of the expectations of this essential and prominent department!

 

 

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract

 

 

• Ideally, you’ll have worked in a Security Manager or Team Leader capacity previously, managing a large, diverse team of Security Officers and Hosts
• Must already hold SIA Door Supervisor License
• Must already hold SIA CCTV Operators License
• Must already hold First Aid at Work Qualification
• A full UK Driving License is advantageous
• Comfortable with undertaking a 12 month fixed term contract

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Security Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
