Job description
Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Office Manager / Executive assistant for 4 months based near Charing Cross.
Duties:
- To provide exceptional support to the Regional Director and Regional Leadership Team to free them up to focus on our people, our culture and supporting our customers to grow in our markets
- Provide Executive Assistant support to the Regional Director, including diary and calendar management, outlook email management, and administrative support such as meeting organisation and preparation, expense management and travel bookings.
- Support the Regional Leadership Team to function efficiently and effectively by organising and supporting the administration of leadership team meetings, proactively managing leadership actions and their meeting calendar
- Maintaining the leadership team library of key reference documents and ensuring they can easily access the information they need
- Support the Regional Director with all region initiatives as needed, including the regional activity calendar is up to always date.
- Develop effective and collaborative working relationships (including a strong team culture) with the Regional leadership team, key stakeholders of the Regional Director and wider regional team.
- Relate well to all people - inside and outside the organisation; build great rapport; effective relationships; Be thoughtful and considered in your approach and practice active listening with everyone you meet.
- Outstanding service delivery - you will be valued by the leadership team for providing a world-class service. Everything around the leadership team runs smoothly and seamlessly because you're one step ahead thinking about how to make things better, smoother, and more enjoyable.
- Highly organised and planned - can work effectively within systems and structure to support the Regional Director to deliver results.
