Job description

ONE Administrator URGENTLY needed for an immediate start set to last until the end of June with a possible extension in Muckamore Abbey Hospital. The hours of work will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am – 5pm with an immediate start available and a rate of pay of £11.11 per hour. 

The main purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support such as filing, schedule handling, database management, email and phone call answering and other administrative duties. The successful candidate will have experience in compiling databases and working with microsoft packages such as word, excel etc. 

What We Need From You:

• 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English Language. Equivalent qualifications may be considered. 
• 1 year administrative/clerical experience
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook 

What We Will Offer You:

• £11.11 per hour
• A minimum of 28 days paid holiday’s (pro rata)
