Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor - Primary School

We currently have a Primary School in Burton Latimer seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Site Supervisor on a permanent basis. Roles and Responsibilities: As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining school buildings and the surrounding environment effectively.
• Implementing daily health and safety routines on the site.
• Undertaking repairs and DIY projects as required.
• Overseeing cleaning duties.
• Ensuring the secure locking up of the school premises.

Working Hours: Afternoons and evenings, in alignment with the operational needs of the school.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Capability to undertake repairs and manage DIY projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
