Purpose of Role
To lead and develop all aspects relating to the successful management of whole Life Cycle Asset Management and deliver compliant, intelligent, cost effective Asset Management solutions.
Job Description
Interface with the VINCI asset management team and the FDIS project teams, technology centre, specialist engineering resource & internal groups in delivering the operational requirements of the FDIS contract, DIO Client, Project Companies, working with internal teams and clients to create additional value by demonstrating asset management capability & excellence within the VINCI Facilities organisation. Ensuring building life cycle asset management is embedded into day-to-day operations increasing the value of the VINCI Facilities offer to existing and new Customers.
Responsibilities
The role will require in-depth I engagement with the FDIS DIO community ensuring all elements of the AIM (asset information Management) and the CDE (common data environment) are met and adhered to. It requires the ability to the adapt you and your teams working patterns to suit ad-hoc asset information requirements and support a wealth of areas within the VINCI FDIS contract community, these areas include:
