Are you a knowledge–full in Estimation and Business Development with Roofing & Cladding experience looking for an opportunity to work with a leading industrial company who work on some of the largest and most exciting construction projects across the UK, with opportunity for Directorship?
This well–established and specialized design firm offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of innovation and growth in the industry. You will have the opportunity to spearhead the estimation process and drive the future development of the business, positioning yourself as the go–to expert in your field.
Your responsibilities will include driving business growth by securing new projects and expanding the client base, while also delivering high–quality quotations and proposals that showcase the scale and intricacies of roofing and cladding projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving strategies, increasing turnover, optimizing cost–effectiveness, and enhancing profit margins for the company.
This role would best suit an experienced individual in both Estimation & Business Development in the cladding industry. This role would require you to be the face of all things development and estimation, provide an outstanding service to all clients, produce high quality estimates and effective plans to better yourself and the business around you, all while having the opportunity to progress to directorship.
