Due to our continued rapid expansion, we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced, highly driven Project Support Manager to join our dynamic team.

You will report to the Strategy Director and be part of the ‘go to team’ for getting things done in DCBL and have the chance to get directly involved in a vast variety of fantastic projects such as designing new improved process, implementation of strategic ideas and others that are critical to the ongoing growth and development of the organisation.

The successful Project Support Manager will maintain effective working relationships with the Senior Management Team and Key Operational Managers, to fulfil projects (or individual work orders) of varying sizes and complexity across the wider business.

Skills & Experience required:

• Good working knowledge and understanding of project management
• Be well organised and detail orientated, demonstrating initiative and self-drive
• Good interpersonal skills, great communicator and able to form relationships and build rapport
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A good problem solver with ability to make decisions to drive a project forward
